Can I keep my doctor?
Usually, yes. Tell us who you want to see and we’ll contact their office to confirm they’ll partner with your membership. If they agree (most do), you keep your doctor. If they don’t, we’ll help you find a provider that fits your needs.
Are there networks or referrals?
No rigid networks. We’ll help you find great care that fits your membership—and we’ll even contact your doctor or clinic to see if they’ll partner with us.
Is there a deductible?
No—this isn’t insurance, so there’s no insurance-style deductible. You pay a predictable monthly fee. If a large medical event happens, you pay your Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA)—the portion you’re responsible for—per event (not per year).
After your IUA, eligible costs are handled by your membership’s safety net according to your guidelines.
This can save many members money because you’re not chasing a high annual deductible, you only pay an IUA if something big happens, and we help secure clear, member-friendly pricing up front.
